When I first started, I was Jacksonville Detailing. It was a functional name, but it didn't capture the "why." The shift to Primal Detailing happened when I stopped seeing "customers who need a wash" and started seeing "customers with problems." When someone brings you a vehicle ravaged by iron fallout, salt air, or oak sap, they aren't looking for a soap suds photo-op—they’re looking for a hero for their second-largest investment.

I’m 27 years old, a student at FSCJ, and a son of Croatia. My roots are in the Adriatic Sea, in the discipline of soccer, and the endurance of long-distance running. That "Alpha" bird’s-eye view I talk about? That comes from four years in the trenches at Toyota and Nissan dealerships, detailing hundreds of vehicles until the craft was muscle memory.
