When we say Primate Detailing offers a "Diamond Level" service, we aren't just talking about a shiny exterior. We’re talking about scientific restoration.

Recently, we were called out to the Tamaya neighborhood off Tamaya Blvd in Jacksonville (32246) for a 4Runner that was facing a true interior emergency. The problem? A major spill of shrimp liquid that had seeped through the back seats and into the underlying fabric.

The Shrimp Crisis: Saving a 4Runner in Tamaya 💎🐒 When a seafood spill met the Florida heat, this 4Runner’s interior became a bio-hazard. See how we utilized Molecular Odor Neutralization and our Diamond Stage 3 process to restore this vehicle to a factory-fresh state in the heart of Jacksonville.

The Challenge: The "Humid Seafood" Atmosphere

In the Jacksonville sun, organic spills like seafood don't just smell bad—they become a bio-hazard. When we opened the doors, the atmosphere was heavy, humid, and overwhelming. The fabric was still wet to the touch, and the client was at his wit's end. He couldn't even travel with his kids in the car anymore.

To save this interior, we didn't just "clean" it. We performed a Molecular Odor Neutralization.

The Process: More Than Just a Shampoo

We knew a standard wash wouldn't cut it. We went out of our way to source a specific, high-grade odor-removing APC and utilized a professional-strength deodorizer valued at over $78 to ensure the enzymes actually broke down the organic shrimp proteins.

  1. Chemical Decontamination: We saturated the affected areas with a fresh citrus-infused APC to begin breaking down the oils.

  2. Thermal Fiber Extraction: We used heated carpet buffing and shampooing to lift the liquid from deep within the seat foam and floorboards.

  3. Antimicrobial Cabin Sanitization: Every square inch of the interior was disinfected to ensure the air quality was safe for the client's children.

  4. Krypton Surface Fortification: Once the "clean" was achieved, we protected the leather and plastics. The result? A deep "wet-look" that felt soft to the touch and offered industrial-grade protection.

The Exterior: Diamond Stage 3 Gloss

While the interior was the "hero" of this story, the exterior received the full Primate Diamond Treatment.

Jacksonville love bugs and sun-baked oxidation had taken their toll. We performed a Multi-Stage Surface Purification, including a full decontamination of the rims to remove metallic brake dust.

After our Surface Leveling & Smoothing, the 4Runner's paint felt like glass—as if a fresh layer of premium wax had just been melted into the clear coat. The final result was a mirror-like shine that stood out even in the bright Florida sun.

"5 Stars on Google." — The client was thrilled to have his family vehicle back, smelling fresh and looking better than the day he bought it.
